Are you an organized and proactive individual with experience in business administration? Remoteli, a leading on-demand staffing solution, is seeking a Business Assistant to support our international clients. This role is available in our Accra, Ghana office and as a remote position in Kigali, Rwanda.

Key Functions:

• Project Management Assistance:

  • Stay updated on all projects, including upcoming work and ongoing tasks.
  • Utilize Asana as the primary project management tool.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and the director.
  • Assist in assessing the actual effort required for various projects.

• Customer Support Assistance:

  • Monitor and allocate incoming support requests from existing clients to the development team.
  • Respond to clients promptly and professionally.
  • Collate and respond to feedback from ongoing projects.

• Marketing Assistance:

  • Assist the director in developing marketing plans.
  • Create regular social media posts on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure regular blog posts from the director.
  • Identify PR opportunities and collaborate with the director to exploit them.

Requirements:

• Organized individual with experience in day-to-day business administration.
• Approachable and friendly, comfortable working with colleagues and clients at all levels.
• Good user-level proficiency in web-based software tools, ideally Google Workspace, Gmail, Asana, and WordPress.
• Willingness to take initiative and contribute own ideas.
• Ideally, experienced in social media marketing.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with technical or software businesses.
• Previous project management experience.
