As a CRM Configuration Specialist at Remoteli, you will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing CRM systems to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your primary responsibility will involve creating fields, workflows, and reports within the CRM platform. While some email creation tasks may be required, the focus will primarily be on CRM configuration tasks.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand CRM requirements and objectives.
- Configure CRM systems by creating and customizing fields, workflows, views, and other relevant components.
- Assist in the preparation of reports within the CRM platform to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with experienced team members to execute CRM configuration tasks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in CRM configuration and customization.
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance related to CRM configuration issues.
- Proven experience in CRM configuration and customization, with a strong understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Proficiency in creating fields, workflows, views, and reports within CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Prior experience with email creation and campaign management is a plus.
