Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Project Administrative Assistant to manage project documentation, coordinate schedules, and support material procurement. This position requires excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach to work. Prior experience in construction or a related industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Documentation: Assist in preparing, distributing, and organizing project documentation.
- Correspondence: Handle communication with builders, subcontractors, homeowners, and suppliers via email and phone.
- Scheduling: Coordinate project schedules, appointments, and keep the project team informed of any updates.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter project data into software systems and maintain organized project files.
- Material Procurement: Support procurement processes by preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining supplier communication.
- Office Management: Perform general office tasks, including answering phones, filing, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively.
