Key Responsibilities:
-Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users for Office 365-related issues.
-Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and usage problems related to Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and others.
-Perform regular administrative tasks such as user account creation, password resets, and permission management in Office 365.
-Monitor Office 365 health and performance dashboards, and address any alerts or issues that arise.
-Manage and configure Office 365 applications, ensuring they meet the organisation’s requirements and best practices.
-Implement and manage Office 365 security policies to protect organisational data.
-Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and internal policies.
-Conduct regular audits and assessments of the Office 365 environment to identify and mitigate security risks.
-Liaise with Microsoft support for advanced troubleshooting and resolution of critical issues.
-Stay current with new features, updates, and best practices for Office 365.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Minimum of 6 years experience in an IT Support Specialist and windows desktop support role, with a focus on Office 365 administration and support.
-In-depth knowledge of Office 365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and others.
-Proficiency in Office 365 administration, including user management, license management, and configuration.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
-Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
