About the Role:
As a Recruitment Assistant, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining applicant databases. You will play a key role in attracting and onboarding top talent for our clients. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring that we bring in the best talent to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth and positive interview experience for candidates.

  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track candidate progress through the recruitment process.

  • Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms. Ensure job descriptions are clear, compelling, and accurately reflect the role requirements.

  • Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.

  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and facilitate a smooth transition for new employees.

  • Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and analytics. Provide insights on recruitment metrics and trends to improve the hiring process.

  • Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives. Help create and promote content that showcases Remoteli as an employer of choice.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and management teams to understand hiring needs and timelines. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment software and tools. Experience with social media recruiting is beneficial.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues.

  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive and self-motivated approach to work. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals. Willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
