Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
-Maintain employee records (e.g. personal data, employment contracts, and attendance records).
-Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
-Assist in the on boarding process for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
-Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
-Assist in performance management procedures.
-Coordinate training sessions.
-Handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
-Assist in the resolution of specific employee relations issues or complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience as an HR Assistant, People Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
-Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS software is a plus.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong ability to manage time and prioritise tasks efficiently.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
-Familiarity with the labour laws.
