As a Business Analyst specializing in Power BI, you will play a key role in extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support strategic decision-making for our clients. Leveraging your proficiency in Power BI, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data models, and create intuitive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data analytics projects.
• Develop and maintain data models, transformations, and calculations within Power BI to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
• Design visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI that effectively communicate key performance indicators and trends.
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across data sources.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on Power BI functionality, best practices, and data visualization techniques.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence, continuously enhancing your expertise in Power BI.

Necessary Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard design, and report development.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate, and actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Power BI or related business intelligence tools is a plus.
