Analyse the performance of client facilities and identify risk factors to support the redesign of facility management models.
Participate in stakeholder interviews at all levels to gather insights and requirements.
Perform financial and commercial analysis to evaluate the viability of client facilities.
Assist in risk analysis of proposed implementation plans and contribute to project risk assessments.
Collate and structure data into clear business and implementation plan presentations.
Coordinate with local and global project teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Produce detailed project documentation, including use cases, process flows, Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Analyse data to uncover patterns and insights that inform strategic recommendations.
Evaluate existing workflows and identify inefficiencies to drive process improvements.
Assist in identifying, mitigating and monitoring project risks throughout the implementation phase.
Ensure that all project recommendations comply with legal, regulatory and quality standards.
Key Requirements:
1–5 years’ experience in business analysis, project coordination or operational support.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis and presentation development.
Hands-on experience with SQL and Data Extraction Tools to support data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to analyse and model business processes to identify and implement operational improvements.
Proven experience in engaging with stakeholders to gather, interpret and document both business and functional requirements.
Strong background in conducting risk analysis and contributing to quality assurance processes to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly present findings, insights and recommendations.
Exceptional problem-solving, planning and organisational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or a related field.
Certifications in PRINCE2, Agile or Business Analysis are advantageous.
Knowledge or experience in sports management, facility management or public sector projects is a plus.
