Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of digital and data-focused projects for high-profile clients.
Lead and mentor a team of consultants to ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with central engineering, data science and tagging teams across global offices.
Develop and manage project plans, scopes, estimates and delivery timelines.
Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders on business requirements and solution design.
Analyse digital performance data to identify insights, optimise campaigns and recommend improvements.
Create compelling visual presentations and data stories to communicate results and recommendations.
Drive business growth through proposal development, RFP responses and upsell opportunities.
Apply expertise in digital channels including Search, Display, Social and CRM.
Leverage leading Martech/AdTech platforms (e.g. Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Experience Cloud).
Key Requirements:
4–7 years experience in digital consulting, digital marketing, strategy or data analysis.
Experience with data-driven marketing tools and platforms, including:
Web analytics: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
Tag management: Google Tag Manager, Tealium.
Media tools: Ad servers, search/display platforms, social media tools.
Cloud environments: Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services.
Data visualisation: Google Data Studio, Tableau.
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, campaign measurement and customer journey tracking.
Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills, including slide design and storytelling.
Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g. Google Analytics, GMP, Adobe Experience Cloud) are an advantage.
