Key Responsibilities:
Support the design, development, and execution of operational processes to optimise daily workflow efficiency.
Assist in leading cross-functional initiatives that drive key organisational goals and align with strategic priorities.

Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to improve efficiency and streamline business operations.

Contribute to resource planning by assessing allocation needs and recommending productivity improvements.
Collect and analyse key operational data to support informed decision-making and process enhancements.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4+ years experience in an operational support or team coordination role.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Good understanding of operational metrics, workflow processes, and performance reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative work ethic.
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments and support cross-functional teams effectively.
