Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive user interfaces for compliance dashboards, audit logs, and evidence tracking using React.

• Build and maintain backend services and microservices using Java Spring Boot and PostgreSQL.

• Integrate AI-based scoring models to benchmark compliance effectiveness and automate recommendations.

• Develop robust APIs for uploading, parsing, and validating structured evidence files (e.g., PDF, JSON, CSV).

• Manage secure metadata repositories and ensure alignment with data governance standards.

• Implement change tracking systems, audit trails, approval workflows, and document tagging features.

• Collaborate with compliance officers and the AI team to map and monitor control requirements.

• Ensure strong access control, encryption, and data privacy compliance with GDPR and related laws.

• Participate in architectural discussions and help define long-term technical strategy for compliance tooling.

• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce high engineering standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of Degree in Computer Science or any related field and 6+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade full stack web applications.

• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, React, REST APIs, and handling structured/unstructured data.

• Experience with compliance frameworks and governance tools.

• Strong understanding of access control models, data security, and GDPR principles.

• Familiarity with incident response workflows and cybersecurity fundamentals.

• Demonstrated experience integrating AI or ML models into backend services is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
