Sales Executive (B2B)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound lead follow-up and support the B2B sales team with administrative tasks, proposals, quotes, and documentation.

  • Communicate effectively with business clients in your designated language(s), responding to inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly.

  • Record all customer interactions, leads, and progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, both virtually and in person.

  • Monitor and follow up on sales leads, renewals, and upsell opportunities as well as attend trade shows, events, and industry conferences to promote brand visibility and build networks

  • Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Fluency (written and verbal) in at least one of the following languages: Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, French, German, Spanish, or Arabic.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and proficient in English (company working language).

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles within a B2B and B2C environment.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms and MS Office/Google Workspace.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong cold calling, negotiation, and closing skills
