Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Scope and plan creative development projects, including large-scale asset production, coordinating milestones, timelines, resources, and risks.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations.
Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise, minimising disruption to project timelines and quality.
Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients.
Ensure that all projects adhere to the company’s quality standards and industry best practices.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and identifying areas for improvement.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure proper documentation of decisions and outcomes.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on creative development and asset production.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP certification).
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar).
Experience managing project budgets and financial oversight.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
A relevant degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, or Project Management) is preferred.
