Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Scope and plan creative development projects, including large-scale asset production, coordinating milestones, timelines, resources, and risks.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise, minimising disruption to project timelines and quality.

  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients.

  • Ensure that all projects adhere to the company’s quality standards and industry best practices.

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure proper documentation of decisions and outcomes.

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on creative development and asset production.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP certification).

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar).

  • Experience managing project budgets and financial oversight.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • A relevant degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, or Project Management) is preferred.
