Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, experimental, and technically savvy GenAI Creator to join our team. This role requires an individual who can bridge the gap between traditional design skills and the fast-evolving capabilities of generative AI. You’ll lead the charge in crafting innovative visuals, motion assets, and design prototypes using a combination of traditional tools and cutting-edge GenAI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design compelling visual content using generative AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Kaiber).

• Create motion graphics, animations, and interactive visuals for marketing, branding, and product launches.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and brand teams to develop creative campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.

• Develop and iterate design templates and assets for scalable, AI-driven content production.

• Stay on the pulse of creative AI trends, tools, and methodologies; proactively suggest innovations for visual storytelling.

• Maintain consistency across all outputs in terms of brand style, quality, and technical execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in visual/motion design, with a proven portfolio of creative work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and motion design tools.
  

• Experience using GenAI platforms and tools, with strong knowledge of prompt crafting and generative workflows.

• Strong storytelling ability and an eye for detail, typography, layout, and animation.

• Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
