Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and technically inclined GenAI Automation Specialist to evaluate, design, and deploy intelligent automation solutions across departments. You will work with our Operations team to identify process inefficiencies, then design and implement GenAI-driven agents and automation workflows to enhance productivity and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing operational workflows to identify repetitive or manual tasks suitable for automation.

• Build, configure, and deploy AI agents using tools like AgentGPT, LangChain, Zapier, Make, and custom APIs.

• Integrate automation solutions with internal platforms such as Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, HRIS, and ticketing systems.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document process requirements and train users on newly implemented systems.

• Monitor, refine, and improve automation outcomes over time, including error handling, performance metrics, and user feedback.

• Create documentation for all automation systems and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in automation, operations, or technology implementation roles.

• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools, scripting, and workflow automation platforms.

• Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.

• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and low-code environments is a plus.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
