Job Overview:
The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for delivering seamless administrative support across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be the backbone of our HR operations, maintaining HRIS data integrity, supporting recruitment and onboarding logistics, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment regulations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, discretion, and a people-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records within the SAGE HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity at all times.

  • Manage employee documentation including contracts, performance records, and policy acknowledgements.

  • Generate employee reports and dashboards for headcount tracking, turnover analysis, leave trends, and diversity reporting.

  • Prepare and manage documentation for new hires including offer letters, contracts, and welcome packs.

  • Coordinate onboarding schedules with relevant departments (IT, Facilities, Payroll).

  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure system access, benefits registration, and compliance paperwork are completed.

  • Facilitate offboarding processes including exit interviews, access revocation, and final paperwork.

  • Maintain records and liaise with benefit providers for new enrolments, changes, and terminations.

  • Assist in gathering data for payroll processing and reconcile leave balances, overtime, and deductions.

  • Ensure company policies are up to date and accessible to all employees.

  • Maintain compliance with labour laws and company policies through documentation and process audits.

  • Support internal audits and external regulatory inspections by preparing necessary HR records.

  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programmes, and feedback surveys.

  • Support DEI initiatives through HR data tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or HRIS administration.

  • Experience using SAGE HR or other major HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors).

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
