Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Operations Administrator to support our growing People & Talent team. This role will enhance the efficiency of our hiring processes, manage recruitment tools, and ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. You’ll play a vital role in optimising recruitment workflows, maintaining data integrity, and improving reporting capabilities.
Manage the full lifecycle of job requisition and posting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Maintain structured and clean candidate pipelines, helping to streamline interview stages and workflows.
Support recruitment campaigns by coordinating administrative elements such as job ad tracking, sourcing channel performance, and campaign outcomes.
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics across time zones, working closely with hiring managers and recruiters.
Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
Collect and track interview feedback and ensure follow-ups are completed promptly.
Generate recruitment and performance reports, including hiring metrics, candidate funnel analysis, time-to-fill, and diversity tracking.
Partner with HR and Finance to support workforce planning and resourcing insights.
Assist in developing dashboards and templates to automate reporting and improve visibility across the team.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of recruitment tools, onboarding platforms, and internal documentation systems.
Maintain internal playbooks, process documentation, and guides to support recruitment operations and hiring manager enablement.
Ensure all recruitment data is properly captured and stored in line with data privacy regulations.
Liaise with hiring teams to support headcount requests, role creation, and approval workflows.
Coordinate cross-functional onboarding logistics with IT, HR, and Operations teams to ensure smooth transitions.
Support process audits and candidate feedback initiatives to improve efficiency and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting coordination, or HR support roles.
Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with ATS, CRM, or HRIS tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering great internal and external service.
