Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain user interfaces for web platforms using Angular (v5, v12), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring an excellent user experience and high performance across devices.

  • Work alongside backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality between the front end and back end of applications.

  • Implement and convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive front-end code, keeping user experience and accessibility at the forefront.

  • Use Git for version control and integrate with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

  • Use Bower, NPM, and PreRender to manage dependencies and optimise the front-end build environment.

  • Leverage Segment for managing and integrating customer data across platforms, ensuring data consistency and seamless user experience.

  • Work with Azure Web Services to support cloud-based development and deployment and use Azure DevOps for streamlined development workflows.

  • Integrate third-party payment systems like Stripe or similar, ensuring secure and efficient transactions.

  • Continuously monitor and optimise UI performance for faster load times and seamless interactivity.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UI-related issues, ensuring applications are fully functional and optimised.


Key Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in UI development with a strong focus on Angular (v5, v12).

  • Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular (v5, v12).

  • Experience using Bower, NPM, and PreRender for managing front-end dependencies and optimising build processes.

  • Experience with Segment for collecting, analysing, and integrating customer data across various platforms.

  • Practical experience with Azure Web Services and Azure DevOps for cloud-based applications and DevOps practices.

  • Familiarity with payment gateways such as Stripe or similar systems.

  • Proficiency with Git for version control and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Proven ability to implement user interface designs and create user-centric, responsive front-end applications.
