Role Overview
As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure backend systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend developers, you will ensure seamless functionality and integration across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Django and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate backend services with React/Native applications.
• Optimize database schemas for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive user data.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and issues.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and promote knowledge sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development to ensure best practices.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code adhering to industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django, with a solid understanding of web frameworks and backend architecture.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including database design and optimization.
• Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or React Native.
