Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on functional requirements.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify and document bugs or issues.
  • Analyze testing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and             resolve discrepancies.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and review meetings in Agile environments.
  • Implement quality metrics and frameworks for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in testing tools (Selenium, Appium, etc.), familiarity with SQL, and understanding of coding principles (Java, Python, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting and team collaboration.
  • Experience with tools like TestRail, Jenkins, or Postman for API testing.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
