Job Summary:
As a Telesales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by reaching out to potential customers, explaining product benefits, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your ability to connect with customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions will be essential in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce products or services, and generate sales.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads, understand customer needs, and pitch relevant solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer questions and handle objections effectively.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- CRM Management: Use CRM software to record interactions, track progress, and update customer records.
