Job Summary:
As a Sales Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, answering FAQs, collecting essential customer information, and providing empathetic support to clients. This role requires strong communication skills and a high level of empathy, as many clients may be dealing with sensitive situations. You will also manage leads within our CRM and collaborate with the UK sales team to ensure warm leads are followed up effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming calls, address FAQs about will-writing services, and provide information regarding customers' specific wills.
- Lead Management: Collect key information (email, phone number, call notes) and record it accurately in the CRM to keep the team informed.
- Lead Escalation: Identify semi-warm leads and partner with the UK sales team to ensure effective follow-up and lead conversion.
- Empathetic Communication: Approach each conversation with a high level of empathy, understanding that some clients may be dealing with the recent loss of a loved one.
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM to ensure seamless communication across the team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales support role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
