We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate for a client specializing in will-writing services. This role is essential to ensure a smooth customer experience and seamless appointment booking process.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer calls, booking will-writing appointments, and handling general inquiries. You will work within our CRM, HubSpot, to manage customer interactions, schedule appointments, and take accurate notes for follow-up emails. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Appointment Scheduling: Manage a list of customers assigned to you in HubSpot, contacting each to schedule will-writing appointments.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in scheduling by checking will writer availability and coordinating with third parties when necessary. Maintain detailed call notes and follow up with confirmation emails after each call.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming calls to the general inquiry line, providing answers to FAQs or escalating issues to the appropriate team members.
- CRM Management: Use HubSpot to log all customer interactions, update customer records, and monitor appointments.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide a friendly, professional experience, building rapport with customers and assisting them with any queries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing appointments and follow-up communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
