Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
- Collaborate with the CTO to understand project requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
-Design UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our website and internal management systems.
-Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts.
-Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes.

User Experience:
-Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
-Analyze user behavior and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
-Create personas, user flows, and customer journey maps to guide design decisions.
-Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and visual identity.

Collaboration:
-Work closely with front-end and back-end developers to implement UI/UX designs.
-Participate in regular design reviews and provide feedback to peers.
-Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders, including the CTO and other team members.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.


Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and development.
-Proven portfolio of design projects showcasing UI/UX design skills.
-Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
-Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
-Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
-Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Materialize.
-Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
-Creative thinking and a passion for design.
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, -Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
