Key Responsibilities
-Optimize the Managing Director’s schedule by anticipating and resolving conflicts, while aligning appointments with priorities.Provide detailed briefings, agendas, and relevant background information for meetings.
-Organize agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings; attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
-Plan complex travel itineraries, manage travel-related expenses, and ensure proper documentation.
-Draft and review communications, screen calls, and handle internal and external correspondence.
-Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and the team to ensure smooth communication.
-Convey the Managing Director’s plans, messages, and objectives to the team
-Manage office supplies, rentals, utilities, memberships, insurance, and vendor coordination.
-Assist the team with project timesheet management and track project deadlines.
-Maintain and update company information databases and records in compliance with company policies.

-Handle event logistics, from venue selection to managing guest invitations.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3-5 years in an executive assistant or office management role.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently.
-Proficiency in office software and Google services, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
-Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
-Eager to learn about new technologies, tools, and systems, and introduce them to the team.
