Key Responsibilities
-Develop and write comprehensive bid proposals, tenders, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and requests for information (RFIs).
-Write compelling and winning narrative for bids using persuasive writing techniques.
-Use AI Software to support content creation.
-Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information and ensure content accuracy and compliance.
-Customize content for different bids while adhering to the organization's tone of voice and style guidelines.
-Conduct extensive Research on the criteria and specifications of tenders to bidding
-Manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of submissions.
-Maintain a detailed schedule and monitor progress throughout the bid life cycle.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years' experience in bid writing, technical writing, or proposal development.
-Good understanding of health and social care
-Ability to write with a sales influence and persuasive aptitude.
-Proven track record of winning bids and securing contracts.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams.
