Job description

As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. Leveraging your expertise in paid social media strategies and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, you will collaborate closely with clients to achieve their marketing objectives and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid social media strategies to achieve client goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion optimization.
  • Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and optimize ad creatives, copywriting, and targeting parameters to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to identify the most effective ad formats, audience segments, and messaging strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align paid social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media advertising, continuously improving campaign performance and results.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement.

Necessary Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Paid Social Media Manager or similar role, with expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize performance accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on generating innovative advertising ideas and strategies.
  • Proficiency in ad copywriting, design principles, and ad creative best practices.
  • Experience with ad tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and others.
  • Certifications in social media advertising platforms are a plus.
