A Little Bit About the Role:
Join our team as a Digital Project Manager, where you will be responsible for leading creative and production processes from project inception to delivery. Collaborate with our dynamic teams across the business to ensure successful project execution while adhering to Remoteli's ways of working.
What You'll be Doing:
General Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide range of projects across different disciplines such as Digital, Technology, Film, CGI, Motion Design, and Print.
- Lead your team to deliver various deliverables from email marketing to website content.
- Implement and follow the clients defined project management and production processes.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Drive continuous improvement and embody company values within the team.
- Close off projects to set standards and requirements.
Initiate & Plan the Project:
- Receive new briefs and transform them into well-prepared briefs.
- Manage scoping, costing, and planning of projects.
- Identify stakeholders and create a communication plan.
- Set deadlines and create project plans with key milestones.
- Work closely with the Delivery Lead and Resource/Studio Manager to staff projects appropriately.
- Identify risks and create risk registers.
- Prepare and run effective client and team kick-off meetings.
- Create and manage project documentation.
Manage Project Execution, Monitoring and Control:
- Coordinate development and delivery among project participants and stakeholders.
- Prioritize and manage the workload of the project team.
- Liaise with partners, and present project scopes, cost estimates, and timing plans.
- Monitor project progress within scope and budget.
- Prepare status reports for stakeholders and manage project control.
- Follow the project management change control process.
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and expectations.
- Monitor team utilization and output.

- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, project management tools, and document-sharing platforms.
You'll Have:
- Relevant degree.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
- Software competency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and document-sharing platforms.
- Experience with global FMCG brands and multi-market exposure (preferred).
Good to Have:
- Agency/communication/production industry experience.
- Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
